I'd retain JC and Hamilton on staff. Maybe promote JC to an Associate...

Head Coach. The ones that write the checks probably are not going to be onboard with promoting someone with no HC experience. But it would be a misstep to not retain someone like JC and groom them to be a next in line HC. Chances are, Tech's next HC is not going to be a "Tech" person and the job ,if successful, will be a stepping stone to elsewhere.

Hamilton's defense overall has continued to improve, so it would make sense to retain him and staff then focus could be on landing an OC with a better resume/track record than Corn has.
